My media is not playing seamless. I am told to empty Cache. But I can not find it

Assuming you're referring to clearing the cache in your Safari web browser:
In Safari:
Click Safari-->Settings-->Privacy-->Manage Website Data-->Remove all
Third party browsers will also have similar options to clear the browser cache.
In addition, many times just completely quitting the app (Command + Q, or access the app name on the menu bar and select "Quit") & relaunching the app can fix odd issues.
Even a simple restart of the computer can fix a lot of odd issues since both the OS and apps occasionally need to be restarted as it will cause them to release various resources & start fresh.
