Iphone Video Filenames

We are using iphones as dedicated cameras in a recording studio....

We noticed when one of these iphones had been wiped and started from scratch, the videos that came from it started being named IMG_0001.mov

Is there a way to reset this count of filenames for photos/videos besides a full wipe of the phone? This would be good to keep everything squeaky clean. Noticed others here asked about changing the filenames to entirely something else but no support for that currently. It's a long shot but we're curious if this file naming counter can be reset by some action while using the phone. Thanks.
