why are these remote upload content messages showing up on t

Since day or two I have noticed these pop ups on top about remote content uploaded through vpn. I do use vpn and had bad experience with online hacking recently since I moved to this new place. Every little pop up as such giving me scare because I am having lot of security related alerts and blocked lately. Luckily I feel safe with apple despite my recent experience. I want to make sure my security is not compromised. Since last attack I have separated my apple devices from non apple device but being on same network and sharing certain communications still give scares. Please also recommend me a some security measures and antivirus to protect myself from local or worldwide net.

P.S I do not trust my local network users. I live in community placement where lot of students and other people share same network and we are not allowed our private connection. However, LAN is pretty messed up and some guys have great knowledge about networking because of studies and past experience. I am psych major doesn’t have that knowledge and struggling with network security. I have reported it to cyber security and authorities about but no help has been provided yet.
