I contacted Snapchat customer service team they said they can’t help with my case any longer , gave me advice to go to my old phone and logg in from old android phone which is working absolutely fine . But how now the f..k I’m sorry I will be able to use it on the iPhone!! I bought new phone for a reason the previous one was android and very old which battery hold barely a 2hrs .. Apple has nothing to do with Snapchat bans on phones.

If you had bought a used or refurbished Android phone, there would probably be some risk that it, too, was subject to a device ban by Snapchat. Not much comfort, but probably the only way to know that a device ISN"T banned by Snapchat is to check right before purchase, or to purchase a brand new phone.
