So my old phones screen is broken and all my passwords and contacts and emails are there saved and i cant accsess them anyway. I got some of my photos transferred with icloud but only some and not my passwords which are the most important and i need to get them. What do i do?

Maybe a screen replacement.
Which won’t be cheap, if that repair is even still offered.
And that assuming only the display is damaged.
Then get your data off that iPhone.
Backups have to happen before the problem.
Contact Apple Support and discuss your options and alternatives with them.

Whether Apple can get any data off that iPhone, with or without a repair?
Whether there’s still accessible data on the iPhone, or if it’s become permanently unavailable?
You also can’t access iCloud Keychain here either (if that was even enabled) without authorizing access on a failed device.
Lacking iCloud, and lacking backups, and lacking another trusted device, there are no good options.
