How do I find out why my order for a new iPhone 15 Pro was cancelled?

Hi I ordered iPhone 15 pro 21st of march (supposed to come 25th) and now when I looked at the order status, it says my order was cancelled the same day I ordered it and that I haven’t been billed for it but I paid already. Can you please let me know what happened? Thanks

You aren't speaking with Apple. This is a user to user only forum. We have no way to tell you why your order was cancelled. Perhaps you live outside the country you tried to order from (Apple won't ship internationally). Perhaps you used an address such as APO, which Apple won't ship to. It could be any number of reasons. But on the order confirmation you originally received it provides a way to contact Apple and that's what you need to do.
