Hello. Yesterday I ordered phones through this website. Two seventeenth iPhones pro max. I monitored the condition of the product through the link in the message that I received by email. From the very beginning, it was displayed that loading was underway, but then it was canceled. No money has been withdrawn from my account, but I would like to purchase these phones. Maybe the reason is that they are missing at the moment? Or something else?

You say from this website. Did you order the iPhones from the US Apple website? Do you live in the US and have a valid US Payment method and address? If you don't live in the US and you attempt to order from the US Apple Store, with a payment method not issued in the US tied to a valid US address, your order will be cancelled. Also, if the address you specified your order to be sent to is actually a forwarding agent, your order will be cancelled.
