Re: "I am unable to locate FaceTime App or even in the settings on my iPhone 14 Pro Max"

It may be that the FaceTime app icon was accidentally deleted from your home page.

If you haven't already, wondering if you might want to try looking through the app library:

see: Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support

If you find the FaceTime app in the app Library

NB: Above article also says:

"You can add apps in App Library to the Home Screen, unless it’s already there.

Touch and hold the app, then tap Add to Home Screen (available only if the app isn’t already on the Home Screen). The app appears on the Home Screen and in App Library."

If the FaceTime app is not in the Library, it may have been accidentally deleted.

or

You may want to check your iPhone has enough storage space (eg: at least 8Gb) in which to operate smoothly. See: How to check the storage on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

If short on storage space, it is a good idea to back up everything on your iPhone before making space.

Then scroll to "Manage space on your iPhone" in the article below:

If you have plenty of storage space ...

See how to: "Restore a built-in app that you deleted

  1. On your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, go to the App Store.
  2. Search for the app. Make sure that you use the exact name of the app.
  3. Tap the Redownload button .
  4. Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home Screen.

If you have Apple Watch, restoring an app to your iPhone also restores that app to your Apple Watch."
