That is a model meant for the Middle East, Dubai, UAE. The government there bans Facetime, so your iPhone cannot have it installed.

* It's unlikely that you can delete FaceTime from your iPhone, so if you search for it on the App Store it will offer the option to open it.

Please post the model number of your iPhone. It can be found in Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ Model Number and starts with the letter M normally.

Nope, sorry, by government mandate those iPhones can never have Facetime regardless of where you may be located.
