Why is the FaceTime option not showing in settings on my iPhone 11?

FaceTime app no longer appears on my iPhone 11. I've restarted, updated software, tried to follow steps in articles on this website, but they all refer to finding FaceTime in Settings. It is no longer there. Suggestions, please?

Thanks for the suggestion, but Been there, Done that

As mentioned, FaceTime is not shown as an option in

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed App > (NO FaceTime option to select or manipulate to 'on') Thus, it has 'disappeared'.

The Only features displayed are

Mail, Safari, SharePlay, Camera, Siri, Wallet, AirDrop,CarPlay

iTunes Store, Book Store, Podcasts, News, Health Fitness

Any other suggestions? Can I download FaceTime as an app through the Apple store?

If FaceTime was deleted from you phone, you can download it by following these steps:

  1. Open the App Store app  on your iPhone.
  2. Tap  or your picture at the top right, then tap Apps (iOS 17.4 or later).
  3. Tap My Apps or choose a family member (if you’re in a Family Sharing group).
  4. Find the app you want to download (if it’s still available in the App Store), then tap .

It was unclear what articles you had previously viewed or where in Settings it no longer shows. When not allowed in ScreenTime, FaceTime is also removed from Settings and will not show at Settings > FaceTime. Thought that is where you were no longer seeing FaceTime in settings.
