Copy that file to your Windows PC and open it there.
EXE is Windows EXEcutable file. it can not be opened directly on a Mac.
why would you need to open a Windows executable file?
Thanks and good question! I have a CD with some old medical images that I want to review and I can't open any of the files on my Mac. Ia assumed, probably incorrectly, that they were in the EXE file. Just relooked and there are .inf and unix executable files. I will try and boot up my old windows laptop!
why would image files be executable, unix or exe or anything else?
what format are the LARGEST files? those is more likely to be images, and might not require any specific executable.
