Apple Cash Purchase

I tried to purchase something from a clothing site with the Apple Cash balance I had online. I used Face ID to confirm but the website never loaded to confirm that the order was placed. I double checked that the order was not placed through my account with the website. When I went to look at my Apple Cash balance it showed that the transaction went through and I now have that amount removed from my balance. The order did not go through and I don’t know how to get the money back from a failed Apple Cash transaction.
