i cant rember my parental code on screen time. how do i change it
ive tried 190 times to remember the code n can't remember it. how do i change it

When you set the screen time passcode, you are given the option to use your Apple ID/Password to reset the passcode in case you forget. If you choose not to do that, you are given another warning that the Apple/IDPassword would be needed to reset the passcode.
If you still chose to ignore those warnings you will need to reset your device. This will wipe all data and you will not be able to restore from a backup as you will then load the Screen Time passcode back on your device.

You may try and contact Apple directly, but they may advise the same thing. I'm sure if they could just reset it by a phone call, they would be flooded with children calling them to override the Parents passcode or pretending to be the parent. That is why Apple puts you in charge of managing the passcode.
