Water damaged back camera

My back camera for my IPhone 14 Pro Max is water damaged from me dropping it in the toilet twice in the same event. Originally the glass on one of my lenses was broken so the actual lens was exposed. But once i dropped it in the toilet afterwards I cleaned it and let it dry as much as possible but now when i go to my camera app and try to flip to my back camera it’s completely black. 1x and 2x don't work but my 3x works and my 0.5 works but it has a bad quality to it. My question is how can this be fixed? what should i do?
