Master password set with RoboForm forgotten

Master password forgotten..I installed RoboForm and made up a master password...I tried to sign in and am told the password is incorrect..What do I do next...cannot reach them at Roboform support as I have to sign in to contact them

Keychain passwords Is the "local Items" keychain password the same as my Macbook password? I've entered my Macbook password and it works sometimes and not other times in trying to see my saved passwords. I'm running latest version of Ventura.

Why has my password not saved & how do I find it? So here I am, signing up to Disney+ & it asks me to create a password. I tell my Mac to suggest a strong password & it does. Great, I'm in. Now I'm going through the rest of the sign up process and, in order to access the full catalogue, I have to prove who I am. "Enter password" it says. Great. But the password hasn't been added to my list of passwords so I don't know what is. Because what's the point in letting the machine create the strong password if it's easy to remember, right? So what do I do. More to the point, how do I get through the rest of the process without saying I forgot my password. Which I haven't obviously. I just have no way of finding out what it is. This happens more often than I'd like to admit. Why create a password & not immediately add it to my password list? Sometimes, when I navigate away from a page, I get a prompt to save the password, which is always welcome but a tiny bit late because SEE ABOVE!!! In any case, I tried navigating away & coming back & it didn't prompt me this time. Any help would be appreciated. :)
