Can I still purchase AppleCare for my daughter's iPhone?
We purchased an iPhone for my daughter 11/2023. She was having issues with the phone on 3/2024 so we went to Apple Store and they replaced it with a brand new phone. 2 Apple techs said that I could purchase AppleCare for this phone so I went home and proceeded to follow their instructions signing up in settings. Well after 2 attempts and 2 calls to Apple support Inwas told my new device is not eligible. So is it or isn’t it? I am disheartened by the conflicting information
