Now playing is displaying innovid.com how do I get rid of it?

a couple of days ago the following began showing up on my lock screen. It seems to be connected to "Jigsaw Puzzle" as when I click on it that's where I go. How do I get rid of this banner?

Force close all the open Apps.

iPhone X and later

From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
