Sent email are still showing in Outbox folder

I’ve been sending receiving mails recently and when I reply, they just go in the outbox as well are found in the sent mailbox.

I’m confused wether the mail is too long that is why it’s stays in the outbox and wether it reaches the concerned person or not

Sent email missing from send folder I found a trend in the community but it is still happening and I didn't see anyone addressing the problem. It has happened to me several times that after sending an email I just can't find it in the sent folder. This is how I make sure that the email has been indeed sent btw. I then log in to iCloud on the webbrowser and there I find it, but go back to the mail app and there is no show. What is going on?

Sent Mail showing up in In Box Some sent mail from a few days ago showing up in my inbox when first turning on Mail for the day. Running Sonoma 14.5. I trash it but it always returns.

When replying to emails in mail there’s no sent email in my sent folder I received an email which I replied to, I then tried to go back to the email I sent in response and it’s nowhere to be found. I expected to find it in my sent folder but nothing. Is this a problem others are having and is there a fix?
