Mac booting without apple logo and showing weird error

i was on bootcamp and i tried to switch back and my imac booted up with apple logo and then it shows a weird error saying Your computer restarted because of a problem. Press any key or wait a few seconds to continue starting up.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 13.6

Start with this...


Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.


Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.


If need be...


 Start up from macOS Recovery

Option-⌘-R

Upgrade to the latest macOS compatible with your Mac.


In Disk Utility>View, select Show all Devices, highlight the top left entry.


Run Disk First Aid on all items in the left panel.


APFS won't work for Sierra or earlier, Sierra or earlier needs MacOS Extended Journaled. High Sierra won't work for APFS on earlier Macs.
