Why doesn't my iPhone Storage Music app match Downloaded Music size?

So I was trying to save some room on my iPhone storage. Last night, under Settings - Music, I changed all of my audio quality to High Quality. Below that shows Downloaded Music being 107GB. This morning when I went to Settings - General - iPhone Storage, it shows Music is taking 7.6GB and shows I have a whole bunch of space on my iPhone which is what I wanted.

My question is why does Music still show 107GB of downloaded music? Seems odd to me. Anything to be concerned about?
