Anyone seeing Devices under networks under the Wifi settings, In the box titled Devices it says SETUP with the wifi signal across from it?
Its the first time I am seeing this.

I have had that DEVICES under Wi-FI for a number of years and across several iOS versions. It is there because I have a device that controls one of my chairs’ functions over Wi-Fi. If I need to change a setting of my chair then I would connect Directly to that device and change it.
Do you have a chair or a bed or something else that can be controlled over Wi-Fi when you connect to it? If YES, then that could be the device.
