I’ve been having a screen issue when if I click my screen to hard ,which I have to go really soft, my screen goes to total grayness and if I manage to get my screen back, it’s unresponsive. It’s been really annoying me. Anyone have a reason or a fix?

What you have described is not a normal behavior for your display. The display appears to be failing. You can get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.

If/when I click my phone just a little too hard (Which I have to touch really soft) it turns to a compleate gray screen.
