Set Up Apple Watch Popup on iPhone

I've been getting a popup notification on my iPhone 13 pro to set up my Apple Watch (Series 4). The watch is already, and has always been set up in my phone. I tried unpairing the watch and then re-installing and have also made sure my iOS and WatchOS are up to date. Any ideas how to get it to stop?

Apple Watch pairing notification keeps popping up I have a personal cell phone which is an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and a work provided cell phone that is an iPhone 14. I have an Apple watch series 8 that is paired to my personal phone and shows it is connected via Bluetooth. My work cell keeps popping up a message: " APPLE WATCH Use your iPhone to set up this Apple Watch" I deleted the watch app from my phone and it continues to pop up. Toggled bluetooth on and off, still pops up. I don't know why my work phone is finding my watch as available to pair. I don't use the same apple account for personal and work cells. I am on iOS 18.1 right now on my work phone.
