AirPods Pro, random disconnects extremely frequently

So I got AirPods Pro and I’ve been enjoying them but recently they have been giving me nothing but trouble. I’ll be on the phone or listen to music and there’ll be times where every three minutes they disconnect and send a phone call to the phone in my pocket. Sometimes it’s every couple minutes sometimes it will happen in two seconds. I have to manually send a call back to the AirPods but then they send it right back to the phone and I am pretty frustrated at this point. I’ve read some people here and there with similar issues, but not quite like this and I am desperate for a solution. Any help would be great thank you in advance for your time.
