I'm not sure about your specific hardware and software configuration, and am making some assumptions here.

If you have macOS on a MacBook Pro (and particularly a MacBook Pro with USB-C connections) and your MacBook Pro is running macOS 10.15 Catalina or newer, and your hardware is not a Mac Pro or iMac Pro or iPad Air...

If you have macOS running macOS 10.15 or newer, here are how to:

And on macOS 10.15 and newer, here is an:

If you don't already have an optical drive, Apple sells SuperDrive, which is a CD and DVD drive that will work on a MacBook Pro with its USB-C connections using the Apple USB-C to USB-A adapter. (To connect to USB-C sockets, SuperDrive needs an adapter that provides enough power, and various of the third-party USB-C to USB-A adapters available don't provide enough power.)

If you have some other Mac or some other macOS version, please post up the details. Older Macs can have built-in optical drives, and will use different tools to import and to burn audio.

If you have a Mac, the simplest answer is - you can use the Music app (formerly iTunes) to burn audio CDs. You have to import the songs into Music first, then you can burn them to CD. Of course your Mac needs to have an optical drive (aka SuperDrive) to do that; if one is not built in you can purchase an external Apple SuperDrive or 3rd party optical drive. (Superdrives used to be built into iMacs & MacBook Pros but not since about 2012 for MBP's and not since about 2017 for iMacs.)

If you are asking about burning audio CD's from an iPad (indicated in your profile) the answer is you can't. There's no known way to do it.
