Recovering stolen photos/information

I want to know if there is ANY way to restore pictures that were stolen from my camera (iCloud) by someone who apparently HACKED my phone??? How on earth did this happen? They’re gone!

It is unlikely that your phone was hacked, though your Apple ID could have been compromised.
