Apple TV remote for Jen not working properly with YouTube TV DVR
I use the Apple TV remote GEN four to use YouTube TV DVR. It’s always jumping ahead and moving so quickly it’s just not functional.

Or: Try tapping in the cardinal directions for small steps (for this use), instead of swiping.
