Apple TV 4K audio sync
my Apple TV audio is out of sync with the video using a Samsung tv. How do I fix?

If your setup isn’t for Dolby Atmos, but is potentially compatible for it, then try disabling that.
If your setup isn’t working with Audio Format: Auto (PCM Multichannel), then verify if Dolby Digital 5.1 works better.
If your setup isn’t for surround sound, then set Apple TV to Audio Format: Stereo.
If your Apple TV is configured for Match Content (frame rate and/or dynamic range), then try disabling that.
If Apple TV outputs audio directly to a wired external audio system (not HDMI, but AirPlay or Bluetooth), then try outputting to the TV instead, and set the TV to passthrough audio to the audio system (will use HDMI).

If your Apple TV box is really on tvOS 13, then it hasn’t seen an update in many years. We’re on tvOS 17.4 now. Please consider updating for best support, enhancements, compatibility, bug fixes, security fixes.
