Company catalog app won’t delete

So I went into “settings” and deleted the app from my iPhone 12 but it still is showing up on the display screen. When I long press the app from the display all the others display the (minus) symbol so I could remove but this app. :( please help

Ask your company about it. They probably have it set to be on the device at all times.
