How to turn off smooth scrolling (when using the arrow keys) in Safari?

When I use Safari (or any browser, for that matter), I sometimes like to use the up and down arrow keys to scroll the page. But Safaru does it "smoothly". It accelerates the page, the page moves at a constant speed for a short bit, then it decelerates to a stop. I instead want it to move in "sudden jerks"; i.e., it just moves the page a short distance in a single extremely fast movement.

This also happens in Firefox (FF), e.g. But there, I can turn it off in settings. I can simply go to Settings (Cmd-comma), General, scroll to the Browsing section, and uncheck "Use smooth scrolling". But I can't find such a setting in Safari. Is there one? And if so, where? TIA!

Safari:

asdf

zxcv

TIA!
