Re-enable slow charging notification

I accidentally hit ‘do not show again’ on the notification that says the device is charging slowly. I’ve been searching everywhere for how to turn it back on, or how to at least replicate the feature with an app or something, to no avail.

Best I found was a community post here with advice for an android device. Unfortunately, my iPad doesn’t have the settings they named. None of the battery apps in the store seem to be able to tell if the device is charging fast or slow immediately. Most assume that the speed is whatever the stock charge speed is, and others that are dynamic want like 15 minutes to check. By that point, I can tell myself.

Do I really have to do a factory reset? I just want that nice little notification back!
