iMac very slow and some times it freezes too. But I still a lot of storage available

Hi and thanks for giving these post attention. I have an iMac (Retina 4k, 21.5-inch, 2019) and for some time, it has been very slow and I don't know why. I already tried to restart the computer in save boot mode and it didn't change, it was still slow. Then I've read to try to use EtreCheck to know what was happening. So now I have this report, but I don't know to do with this information, so I'm here to ask you if you could tell what's happening

Thanks

No clear reason shown for crashing, but...

Mechanical - 5400 RPM + 8GB of RAM are 2 reasons for the slowness.

Your 2019 iMac...

Performance:

System Load: 1.71 (1 min ago) 1.71 (5 min ago) 1.62 (15 min ago)

Nominal I/O usage: 0.48 MB/s

File system: 44.19 seconds

Write speed: 74 MB/s

Read speed: 73 MB/s

My 2019 iMac 32GB RAM booting from OWC Envoy Pro FX with tons of things running...

Performance:

    System Load: 2.46 (1 min ago) 2.55 (5 min ago) 2.41 (15 min ago)

    Nominal I/O speed: 0.00 MB/s

    File system: 9.02 seconds

    Write speed: 1515 MB/s

    Read speed: 2562 MB/s

So cloning to an external Thunderbolt SSD would speed things up, it may or may not cure the crashing.
