Hey I got this apple watch and I could not access it neither can the owner of the watch because he cannot access the iCloud anymore and I want to know if there is a way to fix that he got it from amazon and I don't have a receipt please help me. The owner dose not even have the phone to the apple watch is connected anymore

You've wasted your money. No one can help you remove the Activation Lock. Only the original owner can remove the Activation Lock. Try to get your money back. The Lock prevents lost and stolen watches from being used.
