Activation lock is it impossible to bypass?

I purchased my husband’s Apple Watch several years ago from Verizon. Over the years he has gone through several iPhones, some of which have been totally demolished. In the course of that time we have had several different iCloud accounts for him. When his second to last iPhone was run over I never did pair that watch back to his next iPhone. Now he has a new 13 iPhone and I would like to pair it. However, I’m not even sure what the iCloud account was that I used originally and I’m not at all sure of what password might have been used as well. The only thing that I know is that the watch was originally paired to the same mobile number that he has today and that I can show proof of original purchase for this watch. Is there any help for me?

this is my error message:

Activation Lock prevents anyone who is not the owner from using this Apple Watch.
