I had an app store subscription but since i left my job and havent had one my subscription ran out and now i cant download anything i cancelled this subscription but i still cant download anything i need to update/download things and i cant what can i do to fix this asap?

If you defaulted on the subscription and owe Apple money, you will need to speak to Apple Support to resolve this issue.
