Can’t reinstall apps in Apple Store

I’ve been having this big problem of when I uninstall an app and later on trying to install back this random pop up shows and tells me to put in my card information and so I did and it still doesn’t let me reinstall my app.

it can’t be my subscriptions because I only have one subscription and it’s not pass the due date yet.

But there is these other subscriptions on there but I don’t even have the apps anymore and it only says “Renew: …/week” and at the top it says “Your subscription has expired”. If that’s the problem then I can’t do anything about it because it doesn’t say cancel subscription at all.

Ive been getting mad lately because of it mainly because I accidentally deleted one of my business apps and it’s horrible working on safari and I need it back immediately.

Seems like you may need to cancel some old subscriptions, that would be up to you:

What to do: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support

If the subscriptions have not been cancelled, then Apple would likely be expecting payment, sooner or later.

If payment for active subscriptions was not possible, then Apple would likely charge your card as soon as possible and renew the subscriptions.

If you have debated a charge from Apple, then you may need to authorise your card-provider to allow payments to Apple again.

or

What to do: If your payment method has been declined in the App Store or iTunes Store – Apple Support

Your Apple ID is the account that you use to access all Apple services and make all of your devices work together seamlessly. It is important to keep your account accurate, and up-to-date, if you want things to go smoothly with your use of the App Store, and everything Apple.

If you wish you can log-in to your account online and check it is up-to-date:

If Apple doesn't have a reliable payment method in your account, and you have an active subscription, then it is up-to-you to get things back in order.

This information did not help me at all sorry. My phone is completely updated and I do have an Apple ID and I still don’t understand what’s the matter and why I can’t install anything.
