iTunes Keeps opening automatically when I am using Duolingo with my Bluetooth Headphones !!

I have been trying to use Duolingo to study on my MacBook Sonoma 14.3.1 and iTunes keeps popping up, and playing songs. There is no way to stop this, and it's annoying. I cleared the song list in iTunes, and iTunes is not in my Login list to open automatically. I see post that numerous people have had this issue for years, and it hasn't been addressed by Apple.
