iPhone stolen and hacked

Hi there - my iphone pro max 15 was stolen out of my locked gym locker and i went to icloud to erase it. It said it would do it then next time the fone was connected to the internet. I also called my service provider and gave the fones imei number to block. Somehow they managed to then get into the fone and get into my banking apps and withdraw cash at atm. They now have access to all the data in my fone. Is there anything i can do to stop the continued use of the fone? its gone off my icloud, cant find it, ive changed as much passwords as i could but im devastated they could still have access to everything on the fone like emails, whatsapps, etc.

any advice at all? desperate.

If the thieves managed to remove the Find My setting then they have complete control of your phone and there is nothing you can do. At best your phone company can blacklist the device with IMEI but I do not know if that is universally accepted and they can make use of it somewhere where the blocking is not acknowledged.

Go in and change your passwords on all your other accounts if you still can. Also review:
