My iphone 6 is bootlooping

I bought iphone 6 plus and when i opened it up it was with a iphone 6 s plus battery and i have an iphone 7 and connected the battery to thr iphone 6 plus and it was bootloopimg again and i dont know if its a motherboard issue or a battery and i dont know if i should get a new battery

I'm not sure if these batteries are suitable for iPhone 6 Plus because there are 6s plus battery and the 7 battery.

I know that these 3 devices have different mAh values etc.


  1. Put your iPhone in DFU mode and connect it to the computer.
  2. Restore the iOS via iTunes.


Before doing these, make sure you know your iCloud and iPhone home screen password.


If not, install a compatible battery for iPhone 6 Plus, put it in DFU mode and repeat the process.


If it still doesn't work, hardware failure is likely.
