Find My ‘Left Behind’ Notification Shows Wrong Device Name

When I recently bought a new iPad, it prompted me to use my iPhone info and settings to get it up and running - clone the phone (and it cloned the phone name, also). That worked great, and I then changed the iPad name from my phone name the ‘cloning’ had picked up to a unique name for the new iPad. All good!

However, when I use my iPad away from home and then turn it off, on the way home I get a Find My notice on my iPhone that I left my ‘iPhone’ behind - only the notification still has the cloned name and not the updated iPad name.

So, the notification on my iPhone says I left my iPhone behind instead of correctly reporting the new, updated iPad name as left behind. I have tried several things, but so far have not been able to get the ‘left behind’ notice to show the correct, updated name for my iPad.

I get it, minor details, but there must be a way to get that notice to show the now-correct name for the iPad (instead of my getting a notice on my iPhone that I’ve left my iPhone behind)!
