I have a CH/A (China Mainland) iPhone, but I have a some problems.
If I go to the Italia Apple Store, will my iPhone warranty be valid?

It's at the discretion of the people at the service center. They likely won't have international iPhone models on hand for replacements, and therefore aren't obligated to honor warranties or AppleCare plans from outside their own country(except when both are in the European Economic Area or Switzerland).

If you need to make a choice, proceed as if they won't; in practice, they probably won't unless the issue can be fixed without replacing the unit, but nobody on these boards can say for certain.

I’m living in Turkey. It’s important for me because, I want buy a new iPhone, if they will help me I will go with my old phone, if they won’t help me I will go without my iPhone.
When I come back Turkey, it’s problem because I have two iPhone. I must to prefer one option :(
