phone xs with 94% BH but over 800 cycle count!?

So there is an used iphone xs i want to buy, which has 94% battery health but over 800 cycle count, i have checked this phone on 3utools and its really is 94% battery health, so no boosted battery, but the worrying part is it also shows over 800 battery cycle count, and upon checking this device was first bought on 2018, Any iphone guy could tell his thoughts, is 800 cycle too much? but it also have good health!? Should i go for it?

Just to give more data, when connected to wifi, i did some normal browsing and playing a youtube video, overall no more than 15-17 minutes, i noticed the battery drained from 16% to 12%, is it normal, healthy or a sign of aged battery!?
