Please advice for using Siri

Hello everyone

I have iPhone 13 ,

suddenly stop working my Siri

now I achieve messages if want to Siri you need to data use wlan connection and without data connection or wlan ,

I can use Siri before this without any connections , what can I do for back setting and work same past my Siri?

iPhone won’t download data required to use Siri offline I’ve had my iPhone 14 pro for a week now and I’ve just noticed that my phone still hasn’t downloaded the data required to use Siri offline. Every time I open the Siri & Search section of the settings app, I can see it says “Support for processing voice input on iPhone is downloading.” And then about 15 seconds later changes to “Support for processing voice input on iPhone will download later when connected to Wi-Fi.” I am connected to Wi-Fi so this must be a bug. Ive contacted chat and phone support and neither were able to find the solution. The Apple support specialist on the phone claimed this was expected behavior and that Siri requires an internet connection as of iOS 16.
