iCloud and iMessage Are not the same

Messages in iCloud not available as iCloud and iMessage account do not match?? What is going on ?

Exactly what it says. The accounts you are using for each service are not the same.

Go to Settings ➡️ Apple ID, and Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ Send & Receive ➡️ Apple ID and make sure it’s the same one in both places.
