Deleting user data for an app

So I found a bug in a game (clash royale) that crashes your device whenever the game finishes its loading screen (not when you open the game). A fix for the bug is to simply switch to an alternate account, however I can't do that because I can't access the game. I tried to delete and reinstall the app to force log out of the bugged account, but it still crashes, which leads me to believe the "account is logged in" data is stored somewhere.

How do I delete that data on app store?

(I believe that the cloud icon next to the app means it has data stored somewhere)

The cloud icon simply means you have deleted the app from your device and you can now redownload it from the App Store.

Check at Settings > [name on top] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage, and see if there is any data related to Clash Royale being stored there. If so, tap on it and choose to delete the data.

Restart your device and try again.

Thanks for the clarification of the cloud icon.

So I deleted Clash Royale, checked for any iCloud data (there wasn't any), then restarted my device. I waited a good 5+ mins to power it back on again for good measure. However when I redownloaded the app, it still crashed and I'm not sure what is causing it. Here is a video showing the crash.

Make sure you are not running out of storage space. It can be checked at Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

Other than that, you will need to contact the developer for a solution or possibly an update of the app that only they can do. They have had many issues with the app crashing on startup and even offer this support page that also suggests contacting them with a detailed description.
