Could not activate cellular data network

This was happening to me in where my phone was on SOS or searching for the network. I had full bars but no service. I could not use the internet or call or text. I called mobile carrier and we tried all troubleshooting , this includes, resetting my phone, resetting network, resetting network on their end and nothing worked. I took my phone to the apple store and had them diagnose the phone. They claim everything is okay. They suggested to factory reset the phone or if I want they can reset the SIM , If I had T-Mobile Or Verizon.

I did not have any of those carriers so I was left with factory resetting. Pater on that they I Factory Reset My Phone and Everything Started Working Again.
