Having issues with cellular data after iOS upgrade on iPhone 13

On several T-Mobile phone I manage several users are experiencing cellular data issues when using safari or any browser, text messages, or any app that requires data access, error states “Could not activate cellular data network”

I use both a physical and an e-SIM and both have had signal issues since the update. I also only get EDGE speeds for my data even though I’m on 5G and I still have a few GBs left on my data pack. Cellular data not working after iOS 26.2 update I updated to iOS 26.2. Today I am having trouble with cellular data. Phone service is fine, but no access internet, mail not updating, messages not working etc. wifi working fine. Anyone else experiencing an issue.

Cellular is not working after updating to iOS 26.2, iPhone 16 After updating to iOS 26.2, my iPhone 16 cannot connect to cellular network. I tried restarting the phone several times, remove and re-insert my physical sims, turn airplane mode on and off then go to About ... None of them worked. The phone doesn't even allow me to change any cellular settings (see screenshot). iOS 26.1 worked fine for me. I started having this problem a couple of hours ago when I updated to iOS 26.2. Does anyone have this issue or know how to fix it?

That is usually a carrier problem. If it is a recent problem ask if they have a local outage or a problem with the account. Here’s a way to check up on your carrier→Down Detector - Crowdsourced Outage Check

Another possibility is a required carrier update→Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
