Having issues with cellular data after iOS upgrade on iPhone 13

On several T-Mobile phone I manage several users are experiencing cellular data issues when using safari or any browser, text messages, or any app that requires data access, error states “Could not activate cellular data network”

That is usually a carrier problem. If it is a recent problem ask if they have a local outage or a problem with the account. Here’s a way to check up on your carrier→Down Detector - Crowdsourced Outage Check


Another possibility is a required carrier update→Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
