Cellular data not working on iOS 26.1, iPhone 15 Pro Max

Updated my phone to iOS 26.1 this morning and then my phone started having intermittent cellular signal. I use both a physical and an e-SIM and both have had signal issues since the update. I also only get EDGE speeds for my data even though I’m on 5G and I still have a few GBs left on my data pack. When I try to use Safari, a popup says “could not activate cellular data network”. Have any of you experienced this also?

Yes. Though it was an iPhone 17 Pro, and I now have no cellular connectivity at all.
