Cellular data not working after iOS 26.2 update

Reset network settings.

Report the issue to your phone carrier if you can't access data on cellular data.

Most definitely could be a carrier issue. My first contact is always the carrier. You’re chasing your tail troubleshooting your iPhone first. Could be a simple SIM/eSIM issue. Apple can’t access eSIM or SIM. Carriers have server side tools for verification of SIMs.

This is exactly what has happened to me…have a physical SIM and an eSIM…have tried a network reset and a “reset all” and still no success!! I am very unhappy as I am abroad and cannot use online satnavs or be in contact when am out and about! Is there a solution?

Yea did you read my original response?

Have tried everything, have done a complete factory reset and waiting for the back up to complete. If that doesn’t solve it then not sure where to go after that as it is I assume an Apple issue not a carrier issue?

Apple doesn't provide you with cellular data, you pay your phone carrier to use their feature and it is included in your monthly bill.
