Random panic
This is the second time my computer suddenly restarted with
panic(cpu 4 caller 0xfffffe002a4079e0): initproc exited -- exit reason namespace 2 subcode 0xa description: none
It just randomly happens.

Try and boot the Mac in the safe mode to see if the issues persist. IF the issues does not persist they're caused by an external piece of software, you might want to evaluate the software installed to your mac
Start up your Mac with Apple silicon in safe mode

I guess since I have not recently upgraded and drivers and it's a kernel panic I feel it's more likely to be an os problem. I keep on getting more problems whenever the is upgrades and USB drivers are getting worse all the time. For example with the same setup I had significantly less problems with my intel mbp and I am not usually running any weird docker or colima containers. This was just using visual studio code, discord and so on. The panic happened unplugging and plugging in a trackball because the cursor stopped moving
